All of the opinions of the world washed away and I was just there with myself.
I know my good and challenging traits, what I like to do, how I like to give, what love means to me, and what I want to do with my life today. I'm not asking the question, I'm answering it. In that, “I know who I am” validates myself in this present moment. It gives me the opportunity to maneuver my life as a creation. What an epically empowering experience! Sometimes a small shift in focus can make all the difference in attitude. Say it to yourself right now, "I know who I am." Let it sink in. Maybe, say it a few times. Then notice, what did you feel, what did you find out about yourself? Now, how are you going to move forward?
