All of the opinions of the world washed away and I was just there with myself.
I know my good and challenging traits, what I like to do, how I like to give, what love means to me, and what I want to do with my life today.
I'm not asking the question, I'm answering it. In that, “I know who I am” validates myself in this present moment. It gives me the opportunity to maneuver my life as a creation.
What an epically empowering experience!
Sometimes a small shift in focus can make all the difference in attitude.
Say it to yourself right now, "I know who I am."
Let it sink in. Maybe, say it a few times.
Then notice, what did you feel, what did you find out about yourself?
Now, how are you going to move forward?
