I have been busy with readings lately and I’m noticing a theme.

Looks like many of us are in a cognitive processing phase.

We are coming out of pandemic times where we were forced to shift gears, go into retreat mode, and listen to guidelines from government and social entities on how to interact with the world, community, and family and friends.

July is going to start off bumpy, but it’s just because we are finding our new way. Know that you are not derailed, just detoured as you work out some unresolved energy issues that need to be let go before you take your next steps. ​Don’t try to look beyond where you are at, just focus and be present with what is coming up for you right now.

​Watch for changing energy flows over the next few weeks. We are moving from a time of paced movement into a time of quickening movement. Yes, this is partially the changing tide from spring to the beginnings of summer vibes, but this increase in available energy is also coming from the collective.

​To review, the pandemic and events of the last few years has had us all doing a lot of internal work. 

​We had to dig deep into our dreams and our traumas and filter out what was working for us and what was not.
