Emotion Emits Vibration If we are grounded and have good boundaries, our emotions are ours to manage. We flow in and out of various situations and conversations and have generally good interactions with others. When caught in a moment where instead we find ourselves in a situation that temps us with anger or frustration, it is important to remember that emotion emits vibration. Consider the scene of a crowded restaurant. A couple engaged in discussion slowly starts to raise their voices. After a time, one stands in argument, slams their napkin on the table and walks away. This exchange has not only affected the two in conversation. The energy from the arguing couple’s emotion is vibrating from them at 360 degrees creating a collective emotional experience. All onlookers now need to adjust to the unexpected vibration that has permeated their space. Each will digest, evaluate, and move forward in a different manner. Our emotional expression emits vibrations that mingle within the collective energy of our society. Many of us practice prayer and sending peace, love, and light to those affected by tragedies in our society. These are beautiful, high vibration emotions. To connect with them, first get quiet. Find that memory or place inside you that allows you to experience one or all of those emotions. Fill yourself up with that feeling. Then, let it go, allowing it to permeate every person who is asking to receive that healing vibration. This allows us to practice group distance healing benefiting the individual and the whole of society. Choose Words Thoughtfully Each sentence carries with it an intention for a response, information, or to create a point, reaction, or experience. Acting through conscious positive intention in our communication with others, daily actions, and in social media, allows us to contribute to society’s collective energy in a healthy manner. When we do find feelings becoming elevated or are in a verbal battle, it helps to take a moment and tap into the pace of our breath. When we find our breath, we create the opportunity to stop competing, judging, blaming, bashing, or attacking the other as the intentions behind these verbal actions are always hurtful. It engages our awareness, our ability to make a decision, and adjust the energy of the situation. We can then choose to listen to the other, or walk away from the conversation. Either option keeps any negative affect from the exchange at a minimum and allows us to walk away with our spirit in tact. Contribute to Community Opportunities to be helpful are everywhere, have fun with it! Move past personal boundaries and acknowledge a stranger, smile, communicate a simple greeting, or offer a helping hand. These good tidings will create community and improve the well being of the social system. Or, take it a step further. Volunteer time and money to a cause or group. Be proactive in helping nonprofit groups fulfill their mission towards the betterment of society. Do your part where you feel passionate! Consciously Create Want to create positive change in the world? Great! Start by checking in with yourself. Ask, am I living my authentic life vision? Do I feel on track with my intuition’s messages adjusting and adapting as necessary? If so, great, you’re on track. If not, ask yourself what you can change to get more in alignment? When we are in alignment, we feel vibrant. This feeling is contagious. Think about times when you have noticed someone really living a fulfilled life. Did it influence you to pay more attention? It has definitely had this affect on me! We need to be good listeners to our needs and priorities. When we take the actions that are in alignment with our intuition’s messages, our space and the larger world shift. Does this focus on ourselves makes us selfish? Only if we are not considering how our actions can contribute in a positive manner to society while also being respectful of our fellow humans. When we are considering all of these factors, create away, unfettered! Appraise the Day It is helpful to take one last step in appraising our energy expression. At the end of the day ask yourself, do I feel fulfilled? Do I feel like I made good choices in alignment with my intuition? Did I act as a positive force within my community and global society? Your answers to those question supply definitive information on your opportunities for personal development and contentment. Being a conscious creator means being mindful of how we express our energy. Through our choices in emotion, communication, and action daily, we have the opportunity to be part of the cultivation of a healthy, supportive, and thriving global society.
