Understanding the world through energy is how I experience life.
Growing Up Psychic
I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. I was a sensitive kid. It was hard for me to hear my intuition through the vibrations of the city.
Vacations were in the Sierra Nevada mountains. It was here that I found my love for nature and its healing affects. My spirit felt calm, free and at peace with the energy of the trees and lakes.
Adventures with Nature
As an adult I began moving throughout the western United States. I started climbing, backpacking, kayaking, canoeing, skiing, snowboarding, and love these pursuits to this day.
Nature grounds me, gives me space for play and creativity, and revives my spirit.
My Metaphysical Journey
In the mid 1990's I started my metaphysical journey. I read about different cultures and their practices, and began studying the use of tarot, oracle cards, crystals, and dream interpretation. By 2004 I started to provide readings for clients. Since 2011 I have completed multiple programs covering clairvoyance, mediumship, transmediumship, healing, and animal communications.

To keep me healthy and energy work functioning at an optimal level, I practice clean eating habits, holistic health therapies, meditate regularly, and spend time in nature.
Through my services, I am focused on working from a zone of neutrality, free of judgement, and focus on the present. Good communication and mutual respect will allow us to create a supportive space and efficient use of time.
In Consultations, House Clearing, and Mentorship, I use my skills as a Psychic Medium to work efficiently, focused on sorting and defining the challenges of the client. When the space is cleared, I identify values and priorities enabling us to evaluate options for next steps.
I created my Mentorship program to provide the structure and insight to support your specific direction of growth and life trajectory. For your vision to flourish, a discipline needs to be created and practice cultivated. Start with Grounding and Boundary Techniques, a private-session class. After the class is completed, additional support is offered through Meditation Guild, a weekly drop-in guideded sessions, or through Individual Sessions which offer personalized support.
I am very active on my blog, posting about once a week. It is a resource of support, providing tips on mindfulness and meditation practices, personal stories, and how utilize intuitive tools such as tarot and oracle cards. I am a monthly contributor to Sedona Journal of Emergence. I was listed as one of Feedspot's Top 100 Psychic Blogs.
