Some days are harder than others for us to connect with our intuition.
If your inner voice is feeling a little distant, try this quick meditation to help connect to the earth, the planet, and yourself.
So, take a moment, sit, and connect with yourself.
Take a few deep breaths and connect your attention to your body, to the space your body inhabits.
Think about the various forms you utilize to connect with your intuition (examples above).
As you go deeper into processing, form a protective bubble around yourself (strengthening your aura) and then feel yourself connect with the planet.
Continue to stay in your bubble and connected deeper with the planet, but now take a moment to expand your awareness to notice your connection with others in your friend/family bubble, to society, to this continent, and then the world.
Notice your place on this planet, how your energy forms its own network with the earth, with others.
Relax into this protective space you have created and then open up. Invite your intuition to impart any communication it would like to share.. then listen. Your senses will be heightened so be aware of a feeling, thought, visual, or auditory queue that might come into your awareness.
The messages don’t have to be revolutionary, they can be “take a walk with your dog today” or “drink 32 oz of water”.
Sit with this for a bit, take a few deep breaths, and then when you are ready, come out of this processing space.
Take note of any sensations or messages you received.
If you feel like you did not receive any messages, that’s ok too. You just spent a few minutes consciously and intentionally spending time building your connection with yourself. Either way, good work!
