Classes: Grounding and Boundary Techniques and Meditation Guild
Grounding and Boundary Techniques is a three class series teaching you how to clear mental clutter, create healthy boundaries, and replenish, rebalance, and focus your energy.
These foundations also empower you to expand the following abilities.
Meditation Guild is a weekly, drop in, guided meditation session in a group environment. This class allows you to further enhance and develop your meditation practice in a supported environment.
In the Individual Sessions, we integrate Grounding and Boundary Techniques with two Topics of Focus from your life that you would like to develop.
