There is a wonderful world of information beyond this dimension. 

Through all of the types of energy work that I practice, I often encounter past life experiences and beings such as spirits and guides.

The information that inhabits these places have a lot to teach us about ourselves, each other, and how to be a greater active participant in possibilities beyond our mind's cognitions.
